As an ADA, Lindsay handled all phases of criminal prosecutions. Her work ranged from drafting accusatory instruments and presenting cases to Grand Juries, to jury selection, trial, and appellate brief drafting.

During this time, she advised the company on all human resources related issues and handled all contract drafting and negotiations. When Lindsay joined Thomas Weiss & Associates, P.C. as an Associate, she was able to feed her passion for research and writing and turned them into an invaluable skill sets for the firm. These new skill sets made her instrumental in several hearings on some very complexed matters.
Outside of work, Lindsay’s passion is her family: her husband of 10 years and their young daughter, with whom she goes on all kinds of adventures. They venture out to the Bronx Zoo, watch trapeze flying and go on Central Park adventures to find the best playgrounds.
